Welcome to Font4Logo. By accessing or using the Font4Logo website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Font4Logo is an online font exploration tool for brand and logo designers. The Service allows you to preview, compare, and export font previews from your system fonts, Google Fonts, and a curated collection.

2. User Accounts

A Free plan does not require an account. Pro features require creating an account with email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Free Plan and Pro Plan

Font4Logo offers two plans:

• Free: access to local and Google Fonts, comparison, PNG export, favorites, and font upload. No sign-up required.
• Pro: includes everything in Free, plus exclusive curated fonts, SVG export, cloud-saved projects, print mode, full family downloads, and advanced filters. Requires a monthly subscription.

4. Subscription and Payments

• The Pro subscription is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout (R$20.00 for Brazil or $5.00 for other countries).
• Payment is processed exclusively by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time in your profile. Upon cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Font4Logo, you agree to:

• Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Not attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
• Not intentionally overload the service infrastructure.
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Service or parts thereof.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the fonts used.

6. Intellectual Property

Font4Logo and its source code, design, and content are the property of Font4Logo and are protected by intellectual property laws. The fonts displayed in the service belong to their respective creators:

• Local Fonts: fonts installed on your operating system, owned by their respective licensors.
• Google Fonts: open-source fonts licensed under permissive licenses (typically SIL Open Font License or Apache License).
• Curated Fonts: subject to the licenses of their respective creators.

7. Limitation of Liability

Font4Logo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
• Data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures.
• Design or branding decisions made based on the fonts displayed.

8. Privacy

Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the data collection and usage practices described in that policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email (for account holders) or by notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account deletion feature in your profile.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Font4Logo owner's domicile.
